Lung Cancer Awareness Month: Supporting Those Impacted by Lung Cancer

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about lung cancer, the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Lung cancer can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or lifestyle. It is essential to understand the risk factors associated with lung cancer, including smoking, exposure to second-hand smoke, radon gas, and environmental pollutants. Early detection and timely treatment can significantly improve outcomes for individuals diagnosed with lung cancer.
