Grocery Shopping Program - New Westminster

Provides a supported shopping service to seniors (60+) who find it difficult to shop or do not have others to shop for them.
Placing an Order:
  • Prepare a list of needed items. Be sure to check the Save-On-Foods flyer for specials.
  • On Monday and Wednesday mornings between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM you will receive a call from a volunteer who will take your grocery order for items available at Save-On-Foods.
  • Provide as much detail as possible; this will help the grocery shopper when shopping for your order.
  • You must have a minimum $40 order.
Shopping:On Tuesday and Thursday, a Save On Foods staff will shop for your order based on the list you provided.

Delivery:
  • On Wednesday and Friday, your order will be delivered by Save on Foods.
  • A $10 delivery charge will be applied to your grocery order.
Payment: Credit card payments only.
