Provides comfort and quality of life care for people living with life-limiting illness and their families. Services are provided in the home, a hospice, hospital or care facility depending on the stage of illness and the client’s needs
Program offers inpatient admission, home care, and support services. The team includes a medical leader, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, home care liaison workers, music therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, bereavement counsellors, and volunteers. It also houses a combination of acute and hospice beds.
