Geriatric Rapid Access Clinic

The program is intended for patients greater than 65 years old and suffering from dementia, delirium, disruptive behaviour, incontinence, failure to thrive as well as those with increased risks of institutionalization.
The clinic provides comprehensive geriatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy assessment and treatment.
