Health and Wellness Support Programs

A series of free evidence-based health and wellness virtual support programs.
A series of free science-backed programs. Once enrolled in the program participants receive a curated series of short, evidence-based emails delivered over several weeks. Each message is designed to support the patient's recovery with clear, practical guidance, education grounded in the latest research, and compassionate encouragement. It’s flexible in that participants can pause, unsubscribe, or connect with a physio at anytime. The following programs are offered:
  • Resilient Runner: Designed to help patients run smarter and stay injury-free. Over two weeks, it delivers expert guidance on training, pain, and prevention, including a 10-minute strength routine every runner should know. Ideal for beginners, return-to-run cases, and weekend warriors.
  • Know Pain, Know Gain: Designed to support pain literacy for anyone who is living with persistent pain. Over 4 weeks, it offers practical guidance to help patients understand the complexity of pain, move safely, and rebuild trust in their bodies. It’s a supportive starting point for those feeling stuck, offering clarity and compassion without overwhelm.
  • The Sleep Reset Program: Designed to help patients build healthier sleep habits. Over 4 weeks, they'll receive simple, science-backed tips and reminders to improve sleep behaviours, sleep quality, energy, and overall health. It’s a low-pressure, high-value resource for anyone struggling with sleep or looking to feel more rested.
  • The Shoulder Reset Program: Designed to support patients with lingering shoulder pain. Over 12 weeks, patients receive clear, science-backed guidance to restore mobility, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in their shoulder. It’s a supportive starting point for those who aren’t getting better on their own and need a structured, proven path forward.
