The Ashtrey is a community-run day centre, offering drop-in services and recovery on demand.

The centre can seat 60 people and will provide essential services including washrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and healthy food – along with housing support and recovery-focused programs. Sobriety is not required to access the centre, although recovery is prioritized.

The centre operates seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and remains open until 8 p.m. for recovery meetings.
