Offer a space for meaningful connections for all 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and help them develop the support they need to thrive.
Youth Services:
  • Weekly online drop-ins & in person drop-ins.
  • BBB (Bras, Binders, & Breast Forms) Exchange Program: provides free new and used gender affirming chest-wear (bras, binders and breast forms) to trans and gender-variant youth who are unable to attain these garments otherwise.

Seniors & Older Adults:
  • Weekly online & In-Person drop-ins. Click here for more information.
  • QMUNITY Quills: Runs biweekly during the spring and fall months. It is facilitated by a QMUNITY volunteer. To register, email seniors@qmunity.ca.
  • GenYOGA at QMUNITY’s Bute Street Centre: stretching and breathing exercise classes for older adults.

Low-cost Counselling:
Offers ten sessions at a reduced cost for health and wellness counselling. The cost of low-cost counselling stream ranges from $60 to $120 based on circumstances and what is sustainable for clients. If individuals are unable to afford the counselling fee, the program may still be able to accommodate them. The counselling program is not intended for individuals experiencing severe mental health concerns. Crisis services and same-day appointments are not available. To register for the free or low-cost counselling programs, please complete the following Waitlist form. Due to high demand and limited capacity, wait times may exceed three months. Peer Support Groups:
Support groups are running virtually online via Zoom. Visit Peer Support Groups page for more details.

Access legal services:
Legal & Trans ID Clinic is for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and families in B.C., offering free guidance on employment, family, tenancy, human rights, and other legal concerns. Please see the intake for the Legal below. Click here to book an appointment for Trans ID Clinic.

Program staff provide information and referral services by phone and email and aim to return messages within 24 hours.
