Eligibility to Access
- Single individual with an income of $40,000 or less per year
- Single Parent with an income of $45,000 or less per year
- A couple with an income of $55,000 or less per year
- For each dependent/child add $3000 per child
- Must be a Member of Burnaby Neighbourhood House (BNH) or Burnaby Community Services (BCS) AND a Burnaby resident
Form Completion is available by appointment only throughout the year, and can assist with the following:
- Federal Government Programs: Determining eligibility and providing assistance for pension applications (CPP, OAS, GIS)
- Provincial Government Programs: Determining eligibility and providing assistance with applications for programs such as bus passes, SAFER, BC Housing, MSP and Fair PharmaCare
- The Clinic also assists with filling out government card replacement applications
